Friendly and prompt customer service with Jose. My biggest gripe with the rental was the cleanliness and overall condition of the vehicle. Upon pickup, the first thing I noticed was that the car was unacceptably dirty and did not seem that the host bothered to do any slight preparation to make the car look somewhat presentable. Additionally, the trunk had mechanical issues and did not open more than 1/4 of the way making it nearly impossible to store anything in there for a trip. Customer service was not an issue but host really needs to work on the presentation and maintenance of the vehicles.
