The car ran just fine and was able to extend when needed. The truck gets stuck and hard to close. The car upon pick up was DIRTY though, both inside and out. Trash on the doors and backseat. Looks like it hasn’t been wiped down for awhile inside and gas on was right above E when picked up. Had to rent this last minute in a pinch and it got the job done.

Friendly and prompt customer service with Jose. My biggest gripe with the rental was the cleanliness and overall condition of the vehicle. Upon pickup, the first thing I noticed was that the car was unacceptably dirty and did not seem that the host bothered to do any slight preparation to make the car look somewhat presentable. Additionally, the trunk had mechanical issues and did not open more than 1/4 of the way making it nearly impossible to store anything in there for a trip. Customer service was not an issue but host really needs to work on the presentation and maintenance of the vehicles.
