Loved this car, loved the service. Renting from you guys added a great touch to my stay in San Diego

Host themselves are great. Pickup/drop off is a breeze. Super cool car! But very beat up. Scrape on passenger back panel, cracked windshield, cracked top glass, damage on the bottom diffuser, heavy curb rash, one of the tires had chunks out of it from curb scraping. Sad to see such a nice car so abused

I initially loved the car, but the experience quickly turned into a major safety issue. On the second day, the vehicle began making strange noises. While driving normally, one of the tires started making loud, concerning sounds. It was damaged but not fully flat.
Unfortunately, these cars do not come with a spare tire, so I had to call Turo roadside assistance. I waited three hours in a parking lot late at night before the car was towed, and I had to take an Uber home.
The host delivered the car in poor condition. It clearly needed immediate service and new tires. To make matters worse, they later sent me an invoice for “incidentals” because the car wasn’t returned fully charged. Charging the vehicle was the least of my concerns when I had a failing tire that posed a serious safety risk.
I tried to handle the entire matter cordially and respectfully with them and reached out to see if they would offer a replacement rental car, but they would not answer. Instead, I just received a partial refund that I do not think was sufficient for the inconvenience. Turo provided decent support(despite not reaching out about a replacement vehicle) but the host did not. I would not recommend this host.
