Pick up and drop off was smooth. Disappointing was that the passenger door wouldn’t open from the outside. I messaged the car owner and they were aware of it but didn’t notate it or inform me beforehand or offer any solutions other than open from inside only. Having a small child who had to get in on the passenger side was problematic that the door had to be opened from the inside.

This is the second time I've rented from them and both times the cars were dirty, needed the interior windows cleaned desperately and had cosmetic issues not shown in the pictures. The lot is extremely packed and was tough to get the car out and upon return, I had to wait for them to move other cars which was not very convenient. I likely won't rent from them again based on two experiences now.

The car was not as it was in the pictures, a lot of damage to the vehicle. Tire pressure kept going down on both drivers side wheels.
