The car was dirty (windshield especially), the host was rude, and the airbags had a warning light on. I have really never had an experience like this on Turo.

This is nonsense all lies! This guest was upset (I had no idea) looking at the chat. I see she arrived 1 hour earlier. I told her the trip doesn’t start until 1 hour. She asked me to adjust the time. I told her she has to do that or contact turo to do it. I CAN NOT ADJUST YOUR TIME! When she called turo to do it they charged her for another day. So I guest she decided to tell lies about the car condition. SMH. And she extended for an extra day. But the car was horrible. Wow!
Clean, drove smoothly, ac worked like a dream, heater kept me warm at night even with the top down, convertible moved smoothly, speakers were loud even with the top down. Overall amazing ride
