The car was great, the pick up was a little frustrating because the wrong location is in the form text they initially send you. That said, they communicated before pick up a new address, not far from the previous one, and I just didn’t see it. They handled it graciously and the rest of the time was easy.

Gave us incorrect address for pick up, which happened to have the same time of car in that lot which was confusing, but they resolved by getting us an Uber to new lot. Delayed us quite a bit, which was annoying, but they were responsive. Just maybe verify these things before you get there. Car got the job done. I think check engine light came on during our trip which is perhaps concerning.
