Little pre pick up communication. About where to pick up the vehicle. Windows were very foggy. And worst of all the car broke down 20 min into the rent. Proper maintenance of your vehicle is imperative.
We’re sorry to hear this, but several claims are inaccurate. Clear pickup instructions were provided before your trip. The vehicle was inspected and had no warning lights or issues. If a problem arises, guests must contact us or Turo support immediately, which was not done. We take maintenance seriously and address any verified issue promptly.
