The pickup was on a kinda ghetto dirty side street, the car was dirty and then within a day or so the traction control went out and started sputtering. Had to get it towed via Turo for mechanical issues as it was unsafe to drive, stranded for 4 hours waiting, wasn't the best experience. Would not rent from these guys again unfortunately.

Horrible guest. We do not want your business again and kindly ask that you do not rent from us in the future. We took responsibility for the mechanical issue and acknowledged that one of the ignition coils went bad due to a faulty spark plug. However, making such a huge fuss about not wanting to pay for the fuel you used during your trip shows a clear double standard. You expect us to take responsibility when something goes wrong, but you refuse to take responsibility for the fuel you used.
