The host is very responsive almost immediately each time. We did have trouble with the check engine light coming on, but I think the host is getting that fixed. We made it from San Diego to LA and back, so the car will get up and go non stop if you need it, but be sure to inform the host first.
The car was clean, and easy to pick up, be sure to follow the correct directions when dropping the car off.

Jessie was very helpful. Originally rented another vehicle from him but unfortunately the first one was due for routine maintenance work. So he helped me swap the car out for another one. The pick up location was easy to find.
