Robert was very responsive and helpful with our very first Turo rental. The car had some loose items left behind from a previous driver. I had to clean those items up. The windshield was excessively dirty on the inside, as if covered in a film from a smoker. Visibility was very poor and difficult to see. I cleaned the windshield with a towel from our hotel. Overall, our rental was great but the car needed some extra cleaning before we picked it up.
