1) was charged extra to update my trip to turn the car in a day earlier. Host has the authority and option to not do that. I asked but he opted to leave the extra charge on.
2) car broke down the night before. Even the day EARLIER than the EARLIER day I was going to turn it in.
They came and picked up the car while we were in the parking lot that I had to coast the car into. Had to take an Uber home.
3) host promised to reimburse for the Uber and the extra charge that he opted to charge me for early turn-in.. Nice gesture.
BUUUT i tried reaching out to the host after that to check-in on all the promises only to be ghosted.
I do not suggest Marcus or anyone of his "agency" that rents cars on this app.

Marcus is a great host very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire trip would definitely rent from him again anytime I'm in San Diego area and if you're seeing this you should bring from him too!
