Unresponsive host, had issues with the car and the owner did nothing to rectify
Unfortunate to see this review as i take these very serious, however we have the turo team working on it. To confirm there is and was nothing wrong with the vehicle, when using the convertible too often the pump will give you a notice saying it’s overheating and needs to cool off before using again, which happened in this case, i advised the customer to let the pump cool off and use it again, which he did and kept the car without a problem for the remainder of the trip (5 more days post issue)

Great host and a fantastic car! Everything was smooth from start to finish. Just watch out for San Diego’s steep roads and parking garage entrances if you’re driving a low vehicle. Would definitely rent again!
