Hi,
I wanted to leave some feedback regarding the rental. The service and pickup process were smooth, and I appreciated how easy everything was. However, the condition of the car was disappointing. The exterior was noticeably dirty, with dirt all over the vehicle and heavy brake dust covering the rims.
Considering the price we paid for the rental, I would have expected the car to at least be properly washed and cleaned before pickup. Overall, the customer service was good, but the cleanliness of the vehicle definitely needs improvement.
