The lady on the picture is not the host at all it’s some young guys.. when I arrived to the car the hood was up and the car was running as if they were charging the battery.The car was a lemon it kept cutting off I ended up stranded the host ensured me that he would send a tow truck and never did I say for 3 hours and had to call AAA. The battery was a bad battery alternator was bad as well. The host stated he would cancel the trip when I called him and never did. He never called back. When I called I got no answer so I began to text and he stated he didn’t know what I was talking about and also stated I can’t get a refund until I return the car that he was supposed to send a tow for I threatened to call the police that’s when the person in the other end of the Text stated that they were sorry and will issue a refund now the app is saying over kept the car. This host is fraud they are at an old mechanic garage with a grip of raggedy cars they get from the auction. They also gave us the car with no gas. NEVER RENT FROM THEM

Definitely was a lemon very upset about it will not refer anyone else request a refund Briggs rotors whatever needs to be checked the car shook off as soon as you get to 60 the check engine light then came on I don't know if there's a motor mounts or the brakes or the rotors this car was not evaluated before sending out there are holes in the car from people smoking on the passenger side this car had damaged in dirty on the inside so I brought it just the way that I received it not happy at all
