Trying to drop the car back off, is difficult when there's no one here at the facility to accept my key fob and to finish the rental transaction. I've reached out to the owner to find out how he wants me to give him his key fob, but he's not contacted me back and I only have an hour and 10 minutes left before my rental time ends at 3:00 p.m. Saturday May 9th 2026
Hey there Daniel! It’s best to contact Turo hosts ahead of time if a car is going to be returned 2 hours early the drop off time. Super sorry for the inconvenience but I try my best to contact guests, it was around 10 minutes after i texted/called back after you trying contact me. For future it’s best to let Turo hosts know if a car is returned way ahead it’s drop off date. Thank you!
