A reflector puck got thrown from a truck hit the front diffuser of the car. Jesus text me off of Turo asked me how I wanted to go about repairing because he had just put a NEW one on right before I rented the car I proceed to tell him SEND me the invoice of the one that you just put on there and either I’ll order it from the company that you bought it from or I’ll send you the money. He didn’t send me a screenshot of a one piece diffuser which cost more than the 3 piece defuser that he had on the car with the price of $379.98 I asked him hey where is the invoice? I don’t wanna screenshot of a 1 piece defuser that you didn’t have on the car. it told him don’t try to scam me. I just want to take care of this and get it past us. He then calls me and asked me. “What do you mean scamming”
Guest did obviously damage the vehicle and was upset because they were charged. You can’t expect to rent a vehicle and not pay for the damages.

Overall a solid experience. The car was clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing exactly. Pickup and dropoff were smooth, and the host communicated clearly throughout the trip. They were also flexible with timing, which I really appreciate.

Booked this car for a trip through the canyons and along the coastline for my honeymoon and had a great time! My wife and I had a great time sight seeing with the top down and carving the canyons and coastline. Car was definitely a head turner as well!
