This host is great. Super accommodating, friendly and kind. Pickup and drop off were smooth and easy. The host is super responsive and nice over chat. The car is nice and comfortable as well. The only issue we had was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the interior of the car. It made it difficult to drive the car with the windows up because it was so prominent. There were air fresheners all throughout the car, which was nice and we drove with the windows down.
