Car ran great, some issues with navigation connectivity and lock box closure upon returning. Amanda was great, but Neel, whose name the car is under, was incomunicado! I tried coaching him in the rain for help, but got silly Googke AI, and then no response back! This happened 3 times so I'm not likely to use his car again.

While Neel was unavailable, Amanda monitors trip communication and responded through the Turo app within moments of your message to assist with the lockbox issue. We’re also glad we were able to help get your phone connected for navigation during your trip. We appreciate you taking good care of the vehicle and are glad the car itself met your expectations
