The host did not include an adapter for the charger for the car. I was left stranded in a hotel parking lot waiting to trickle charge for hours, because there were no Tesla-specific chargers within 30 miles of my destination. None of this was communicated, nor was the need to use Tesla's specific charging stations ever mentioned. The host did not give me any sort of refund or compensation for a very stressful night and day trying to get the car back.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your experience was frustrating. I responded promptly to all messages and did my best to assist throughout the trip. The vehicle had access to charging opportunities, in which you chose to not charge fully. For refund requests, I directed you to Turo, as reimbursement decisions are handled through them. I do not believe it is fair to place responsibility on the host for charging decisions made during the rental period.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The car was clean, exactly as described, and in great condition. Communication was clear and prompt, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental experience easy. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.
