They handed the car over to me completely dirty—covered in dirt and with trash in the back—and on top of that, it reeked of cigarettes. When I complained about the mess, I was told it wasn't dirt, but rather "wear and tear" from previous users. They really need to make sure the car is clean before handing it over.

Renter was late to drop off in the car was dirty when I got it
This would have been easily remedied. If they guest contacted us prior to leaving a 1 star review a full refund would have been given. We cannot offer this now. Future guests please reach out to us so we can accommodate you in an easily resolvable fashion.
