Neritan is absolutely wonderful. The car is great. I’ve rented a lot through Turo and Neritan is so helpful he stands out from all others. I’ve already chosen to rent this car again from him specifically it was such a great experience. This is exactly how Turo should be :)

The jerking sensation during acceleration is a well-known characteristic of the Ford Focus dual-clutch transmission, not a mechanical issue with this specific vehicle. All Ford Focus models share this exact same clutch design, which mimics a manual transmission and can feel jerky at low speeds. The car is operating exactly as engineered by Ford.
