Yaroslav was an unbelievably great host! I personally wish I could deal with someone like him everytime I had to purchase a service. He was on point, reliable, knowledgeable when I had questions or needed instructions on something and he was immediate to respond. Outstanding, friendly service!! I rented the black Jetta, very nice car, sleek and fun to drive, you can never go wrong with Volkswagen, it definitely didn't disappoint. With all that being said, this was my first time using Turo and Yaroslav made it painless, I will absolutely rent from him in the future.

Perfect car for the weekend to help me get around while my car was being serviced. Very clean. I had an issue with starting the car but Yaroslav was very helpful as it was just a user error. The only thing that you should know before driving is that I could not charge my phone in the car. Otherwise, no complaints! I will definitely book again.
