The host was very nice and courteous. Encountered a few issues out of the host’s control with the car but he was very responsive and helped resolve the issues. The issues did not impact the ability to drive the car and overall was a fun car to rent. Would definitely rent from the host again.

Host was great, location was great, car was great. Only issue experienced was the air conditioning cuts out sometimes. Overall happy.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with ford vehicles and the fix is very easy. Turn off Ac wait couple minutes and turn it back on. Ac is ice cold, the issue is with the blend door actuator that get stuck blowing cold air inside the dash and ford does not have a remedy for it yet.
