Car was great, good mileage and easy to drive. It wasn't ready at my scheduled time, and I had to wait 2 hours for it. Host was helpful and offered a discount, but I missed an important appointment the affected the rest of my schedule. Overall, he was accommodating best he could be under the circumstances.

We apologize for the delay as the car was getting serviced as it needed an oil change, and there was the only time available by the dealership.
