Car worked well and was clean. The pickup and drop off at Shepard road offsite parking was pretty quick on both ends.

We have utilized this approach for years with most guests giving us 5 STAR ratings. We do realize that we cannot satisfy every guest 100% of the time and our goal is to meet that gap each time we get a feedback.
