Lauren was very nice and responsive throughout the trip. I arrived pretty late and she still answered when I needed help, and she even responded very early in the morning when I thought I had lost my keys. I really appreciated how available and helpful she was. Overall, a good host and a positive experience.

The car is not in its best condition to be getting rented out in my opinion due to engine and ignition problems!

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that there was never an engine issue with this vehicle. The concern during your trip was related to the ignition switch becoming a little harder to turn at times. However, the issue has since been repaired. I always strive to keep my vehicles maintained and address concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for future guests.
