Get ready to subsidize and pay for their parking when you leave
Kyle, sorry you felt that way. St. Louis does not have a Turo ride share parking lot so the only way to allow an airport pickup is to use one of the shuttle lots. We chose the outside ones vs the airport because they are $9 vs the $13 where you parked it. We did also say that we would reimburse you for the extra day that was on your ticket when you got the car. Hope

The car was so clean and fun to drive. Pick up was so easy. Shannon was so responsive and easy to communicate with , would definitely rent again

The key fob not working all the time made it very difficult too park safely. Also clearer checkout location would've been helpful

Car was very clean, drives well, very communicative host! Only issue was the key locking fob, which proved to be finicky likely due to a dying battery (I already talked with Shannon about this). Otherwise great trip!
