Kyle, sorry you felt that way. St. Louis does not have a Turo ride share parking lot so the only way to allow an airport pickup is to use one of the shuttle lots. We chose the outside ones vs the airport because they are $9 vs the $13 where you parked it. We did also say that we would reimburse you for the extra day that was on your ticket when you got the car. Hope
