The car itself was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The interior was also stained and this vehicle was not even the original car we booked. Our booking was changed from a more spacious SUV model Y to this coupe model 3, 10 hours before we picked it up even though we had the booking for at least a month. Overall we have spent a day being uncomfortable in a smaller vehicle since we have four 5’10” travelers and then the second day of our trip getting the actual car that we rented initially. Turo support has been very good in getting our situation rectified, but they are fixing an issue that should have never happened in the first place.
