The car smelled like somebody was heavily smoking in it. I complained, and the host didn’t offer to do anything. My impression is that this is exactly the program and they understand that the car smell like smoke and they don’t care.
The car was otherwise fine, definitely a heavily used older version with lots of wear and tear.
