Landon owns resla. Landon uses Turo to sub outlet his company called resla. Do not trust Landon do not trust resla. You can trust Turo but don't trust Landon or his company resla. just because Landon wouldn't back to give me information about the rental. I had to turn over this car so I can get another one over a charging issue. This could have been resolved if Landon would just communicated with me or Turo.

We wanted to rectify the situation, but instead you treated our support team with hostility after not getting a response for 2 hours. We always try our best to accommodate all of our guests needs in a timely manner and have hired another support agent to help with Turo messages.
