Help my phone has shutdown. I’m at terminal 1 at airport. Idk what to do
The guest informed me via message that the vehicle had been left in a “secure location” at the airport due to phone issues. However, this was done without my approval. Guest did not provide the exact location of the vehicle. As a result, Im unable to locate the vehicle and had to file a missing vehicle report.
