Hi Kaiah. Thanks for the feedback. A little patience is a virtue. Especially when you are late arriving and I was far more patient than 5 minutes waiting for you. I have had issues off and on receiving delayed notifications thru the app and this is on Turo's end and they have been notified of that issue several times. So the delay was not my fault. Other than that the car was a 10/10. Thanks for choosing us and we look forward to seeing again in the near future,

Great car, very clean just need new breaks
Thanks for your concern. However I disagree with your review. The car was just inspected and tags were renewed only the day before you rented it and the brakes are fine when I drive it as well. Also you state the interior was dirty but then in this review you say the car is "great and very clean." Is the 4 stars because you have to pay for 130+ extra miles you drove in only one day? I regret that no matter how much work I put into satisfying my renters, I just can't seem to please everyone. SMH!
