Where to begin. The car was parked in a paid lot which I had to pay thirteen dollars to get out- weird. The cars drivers side door handle was cosmetically damaged. No word from the host about either issue. The car reeked of smoke and the car had not been cleaned. I messaged the host to which I got a boilerplate “we always wash our cars” response - no surprise. Then I. Noticed the drivers side tire pressure was over 60psi which is strange and dangerous. I had the car sanitized for the smoke smell. Next morning the front driver tire was at 13psi hmmmm now we know why that tire was overinflated. The host knew the tire was faulty and rented it to us anyway endangering my wife and me - at this point I terminated the rental and contacted the host to come get his crap car. I will never rent from TURO again. My rental was filthy unsafe and damaged. What a joke - then - the host sends me messages that I owe home for gas plus convenience fee. You can’t make this stuff up

Car drove well. The windows were super dirty but once I cleaned the front window it was fine.
Pick up location was convenient.
