My husband and I loved using this car! So fun to drive, easy to shuttle to and pick up from the airport. Would recommend and do it again, Shannon gave clear instructions and we had no issues.

Disappointed with the pickup and drop-off location. My original search for vehicles was for those located at the airport. This vehicle was included in the search. When I realized this I noticed the host. The host informed me that the car would be at the airport. The day of the pickup the host informed me that I would have to switch the pickup location to be the airport. When I tried to change the location Turo informed me that the host charges a fee.

Demaris, I am sorry that you misunderstood the conversation. You asked if the car could be dropped off at the airport and yes, the car can be. It is in the options. You did not choose the airport option which would have shown you immediately any fees or additional amount. I hope you had a nice visit and thanks for taking care of the car.
