Shannon did not communicate the details of my pick up/drop off and left me very confused and frustrated. He was inside the building I picked up the car up from but refused to come out and meet me. The key fob doesn’t work, and the engine revs super loud when in sports mode and doesn’t idle down. Car needs maintenance.
As you can tell from all our other reviews, this guy just got mad because he couldn’t figure out how to use a lockbox and doesn’t understand what contactless pick up and drop off is. He got confused because he couldn’t figure out how to push the button and press the key down so it folds to put in the lockbox. 100% stay away from this person. He was a terrible renter. He locked the keys in the car when he returned it with the lockbox inside the car. Some people just can’t read instructions.
