It was fine had to talk to the dealer about the car it shook while we were driving it and told dealer about oil change light

The vehicle had known issues
I let the owner know of things I was experiencing. After conversations about trying to make it right and possible swap, that NEVER happened I was then stuck with the car or not being able to meet the appointment I had scheduled. Car is unsafe to drive. I get vehicles from Turo all the time. I never had this issue. I will never get a vehicle from them ever again. BE WARE!!!!
Lying on a review and feedback won't stop the damage claim because as you mentioned, "the car had no issues until you drove it" and you tried to shift the damage as a preexisting issue. Above all, we offered you a replacement which you turned down. If the car you drove was bad, why would you keep something bad?

Car was reliable for my long distance trip. Host was there when needed and would recommend renting to others!
Selecting the wrong feedback option gives the wrong information and Turo also needs to fix this. "Oil change reminder" from the oil life meter and "low oil level" are two different things!!! The reminder was display when the oil life hit 25% and that's not a maintenance issue because not time to change the oil.
