The car was in nice condition and clean, but there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. First, every time the A/C was turned on, there was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to sweat or mildew, which made the ride less comfortable. Second, the host dropped off the car right at the scheduled pickup time. I think it would have been better to arrive a little earlier or allow some buffer time so the pickup process could be smoother and not feel rushed.
Thank you for your feedback. In Florida heat, it is common for many vehicles to have a temporary odor when the A/C is first turned on until the system cools down fully. Regarding the pickup timing, there were major parking issues at the airport that day, and many parking areas were unexpectedly closed or full. We spent a significant amount of time trying to find an authorized parking location for the vehicle. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback.
