A very nice car for our short trip. Iggy is communicative and professional. Car ran great and gas mileage at 42 mpg was amazing! We appreciated the ease of pickup at the St. Louis airport even late at night. Take Super Shuttle C from outside the baggage claim level. Waited 10 mins and the shuttle for the external parking lot picked us up. Make sure it has a C on the light up sign. Driver took us directly to C9 where the car was located. Instructions for the lockbox was easy and communicated beforehand. Car has a USB A port (the larger size) to charge your phone, backup camera for safety and seats 4 people comfortably maybe even 3 kids in the back with enough room for at least one large check-in suitcase in the back plus two carry ons and two personal items. Takes premium gas. Airport parking fee that we paid upon leaving was $9 (for parking up to six hours) - very cheap. We would definitely rent this car again. Thank you!

Iggy was very responsive and helpful. The instructions were thorough and received ahead of time. One star removed for the car being dirty — I threw away 3 cups. I also had to pay $48 to get out of the parking lot, but Iggy said he would compensate for that…
