The car was as described. We didn’t encounter any issues for the duration of the rental. The trunk was big enough to handle three mid size suitcases and three carry ons. The back seats were a little tight but we only needed to go shorter distances throughout the day. All in all were satisfied with our first time turo rental. Thanks Miky

I was so excited to use this car for my trip. I was sent a message that the outside of the car would be dirty from sitting in the elements, I understand that. It was exceptionally dirty though. What was most disappointing was inside. It needs a good detail. And most importantly smelled like smoke. It was a quick trip, so I drove the car. But the inside had a film of something on everything that seemed greasy and the smell of the car made this a very disappointing experience.
Aubree, we disclosed the exterior condition before your trip and you chose to proceed. Interior concerns were never communicated to us during or after — we can't fix what we don't know about. A low rating without giving us a chance to resolve it isn't fair. We respond quickly when guests reach out directly.
