As a long time loyal, consistent customer who has spent A LOT of money on this platform with the host(s), I am deeply disappointed and confused by their actions. I took excellent care of the vehicles, yet received a silent 1-star rating with no text or feedback. Although I suspect it could be a retaliatory rating from a minor gas charge dispute. Intentionally damaging my 5 star rating and consequently banning me from renting with them without explanation is overall bad business if the goal is to rent cars and have 5 star guests return.
