Just a quick heads up I probably rent twice a month from them the same person group whoever I dropped the car off at 11:15 on February 23. I text them at 11:13 told them that the car was there. I texted them beforehand told them I’m bringing the car early. The app would not allow me to change my time but they were aware of it because all this is documented in the app, so Touro, if you charge me saying that that car is late. I hope that the person who uses your app and rents out their cars speaks up because I have documented proof that I text them privately and through the app.
