The car itself was nice and in good condition. However, I’m giving this trip 3 stars because of the pickup/drop-off location. I’ve used Turo numerous times and always check the listed vehicle location before booking. This vehicle specifically showed that it was located at the airport when I booked it. After arriving at SMF, I opened the app and discovered the actual pickup location was 13 miles away from the airport. I contacted the host about the discrepancy, but nothing was done to resolve it. Because the vehicle was not where it was represented to be when I booked, I ended up spending approximately $60 extra on Uber rides for pickup and drop-off. The vehicle itself was great, but the inaccurate location created a significant and unexpected inconvenience.
