Pick up location & process- very easy access, easy instructions
Host- friendly, fast responses, very communicative
Car- clean, a few marks/scuffs here and there but nothing major. Smelled clean and seemed freshly washed. I did have to charge it a bit more than I though & it lost a bit of battery parked overnight (I’m not sure if this is a common occurrence or if it is just this Tesla specifically)

So-so experience. I’ve had better hosts and I feel like the cars battery dies quicker than most Tesla’s.
We value honest feedback and open communication during trips. In this case, no concerns were shared with us at any point of the trip, and the review was left only after a reimbursement was issued for returning the car with low battery.

Car was clean and in great shape on pickup. Host was extremely communicative and messaged me back right away every time. Would absolutely rent from again when I am back in Sacramento!

First time renting through Turo. Great experience! Everything was very clear and simple.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
