The host , and pickup location was great. Good communication. Turo itself has some BS rules though. Charging $45 to cancel AND $65 no show fee on top if you decide to cancel .

The pickup location was easy to find and the process was simple and convenient, which made the start of the trip stress-free.
The host was excellent—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and everything was handled professionally. At this point, Jesus, had become my go-to host whenever I need to rent through Turo.
Highly recommend both the car and the host. I would definitely rent again!
