Car could have used a little detailing as far as cleaning the nooks and crannies (dash, around the gear shift, etc.). Steering wheel was a little sticky. Driver's seat cover was very wrinkled up and coming off and could have used replacement. These things made the car look tacky and uncared for. and gave the appearance of a lack of concern for your riders. Otherwise, the host seemed very nice and attentive. I wish I had known the address of the pick up point before I chose the zip code as it was farther away than I expected and unable to be switched. Suggestion,: It would look better to put two matching hubcaps on each side of the car because you can't see both sides of the car at once, rather than two mismatched ones on each side., which looks pretty bad. I was a little disappointed in the car, especially because the fixes would be simple and cheap, but all in all, I was grateful for the ride.
