Host is amazing. Very easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to assure their customers are happy and taken care or. Highly recommend.

The car pickup/drop off was pretty easy. The cons were: I was charged for 3 days of parking when leaving the parking lot which was an additional $36 instead of the $12 I was informed about.
Also, there is only a key, no fob so you’re locking and locking with the key in the door.
The Bluetooth is not easy to use. The maps would broadcast through it but to hear my music I had to use the mic button on the steering wheel and YELL “Bluetooth audio” until it would pickup what I was saying. This has to be done on every start of the car.
Also, the car is a bit rough looking but it was cheap and ran well so can’t complain on that.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
