Pick-up was easy; the host provided detailed, clear instructions. The exterior of the car was noticeably dirty at the time of pickup, and I had to have the car washed. The interior was okay; there was minor wear and tear on the door trim and armrest areas. I used the car for a long-distance road trip. After 15 minutes of driving, multiple dashboard warning indicators appeared. When I asked the host about it, he explained the alerts were related to a recent windshield replacement and stated that the vehicle operated normally. While no mechanical issues arose and the car performed extremely well throughout the trip, the presence of these warnings caused some anxiety. The entertainment system is the best part. The host also provided USB for using the system. Overall good experience, and would rent from this host again.
