the trip was booked and we never got any notification of it until it was canceled.
Car was great but it is unbelievable how easy. Just walk out from baggage and the car is in the parking lot. No paperwork no shuttles.

We always appreciate detailed reviews. Regarding the condition of the vehicle, this was its 90th trip. Based on previous reviews, we were under the impression that the vehicle was well maintained. However, based on the comment of the car being "worn", it gives us the impression that we would be well impressed with the condition of your personal vehicle. Thanks for the business.
