On a rare occasion, the parking lot does get full. In the last 5 years of conducting business we've had two guests that had issues with parking. and we're able to resolve it by having them Park in another lot. As was the solution today with this trip.
Quality of car was great! However, owner tried to pin damage that was previously done to the front bumper on me.

it's a good thing we take before and after pictures of every trip. The before pictures do not show damaged after pictures do. We are a reputable company and do not have any need to falsify damage on a trip.
Car was a little dirty or dusty on the outside, but the car performed well and was a smooth ride. Customer service was very good.
