Harvard was an amazing host from start to finish. His assistance was very clear, direct, and easy to follow, which made picking up the vehicle incredibly simple after a long day of traveling.
The car itself was fantastic — extremely clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. It was easily one of the smoothest rides I’ve ever driven, and it made getting around during the entire trip a pleasure.
This was my first time using Turo, and Harvard truly made the experience the best it could have been. Everything was straightforward, convenient, and completely hassle-free from pickup to return.
Overall, an excellent vehicle and an even better rental experience. I would absolutely rent from Harvard again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable host and a great vehicle!
