This host made sure to go above and beyond for my last second need for a car with great gas mileage, a sporty feel, and confidence that it is well maintained and up kept. Definitely would recommend and return as a customer best highs were fair pricing, great communication, and a eager desire to please from this host about any concerns I had with this being my first time using this app. all in all a true 5/5 star experience!

Hello, I'm not sure why this review is so harsh, i asked you for photos of the ants to verify the situation so that we could come to a resolution but you never followed up and when I checked the car, i saw no proof of such. If you had actually discussed with me, we could have resolved it directly or through turo or even gotten you a replacement car as I always attempt to make things right for my customers. Nonetheless, I hope to host you in the future to provide a better experience. Thank you!
Host was very good... all communication was quick and very personable. All concerns were addressed with sincerity and assistance. This host is a class act and has the best interest of his clients in mind. I truly recommend this venue.

This was my first time renting through Turo and I really appreciate how easy the host made it! I requested the car 2 days prior to needing it - and for a few weeks around the 4th of July holiday. I had good communication with the host and everything was as described. It’s an older car, but I didn’t need anything fancy and new, just something reliable that would get me around town while visiting. The air conditioning did take a while to cool off. However, it was also 95 degrees each day - but once it was on for a while it was very cold. Pickup from Tampa airport was so easy, as soon as I got off the elevator in economy parking, it was right there and the car was very easy to find. I will definitely be renting again from them in the future as this is a great alternative to the chain car rentals that would have cost me 3x more for a last minute rental! Thanks so much!
