First let me say I am an avid turo user. Never have I ever seen anything like this. The tags were expired by a month. Oil change was overdue by 30k+ miles, the car was dirty as all get out with cigarette burns in the seat. The car wreaks of smoke. As a non smoker this was a huge inconvenience! Lots to improve here.
