THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING TURO. And it wasn’t the best experience. The Host was 1:30mins late. Told me he was getting the vehicle ready and really was trying to make sure he could meet 2 customers with 2different cars at the same time. I express to him about my payment and time to be with the vehicle was being wasted by him not showing up at the agreed time. and he didn’t care about wasting my time. I contacted both him and Turo about my missing time and was giving the run around from both. Turo told me only he had the ability to extend my time and he said the same thing about DoorDash. The car it’s self drove fine. It was the hassle of spending my money and not receiving the best service from both the host and Turo.
